You will then be enveloped in a carefully crafted soundscape that invites deep listening, profound feeling, and intuitive exploration. The fusion of soul-stirring melodies, fragrant aromas, and gentle touch will guide you towards a state of heightened awareness and serenity.

Participants are asked to bring a mat, blanket, and pillow. Other items to consider bringing : bolsters (for under knees) and an eye mask.
