Floating Sound Bath

Float on a SUP board while listening to ambient soundscapes filtered through the gentle waves in the dappled golden light. This is a beautiful way to rest and root into the healing power of nature and sound while giving yourself the opportunity to simply be.

 Attendees will have the opportunity to get comfortable on the board before anchoring into place where they will drift into meditation. Floating creates an opportunity to feel weightless on the water while the sound gives the mind a gentle place to rest. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in. Comfortable clothing (yoga attire/sweatshirt), water, and an extra towel/light weight blanket (for warmth) are encouraged.
