Community Integrative Energy Healing

This intuitive group session will begin with a discussion of the current collective energy, followed by a heart opening guided meditation. This will allow an opportunity for the participants to set their intentions, and bring about a sense of calm and deep relaxation. A blend of healing modalities will be used to assist in the clearing of stagnant energy within the system, both within and without, individually and collectively. What we heal individually, we heal collectively, for we are all connected through this web of breathing life. Through the use of energy work, chakra and aura clearing will transpire, along with a custom blend of healing modalities intuited for the group. These modalities may include the use of crystal healing, divination through the use of cards and/or pendulum, and sounds through the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, and bells. These healing techniques will allow for a deep relaxation to occur by addressing and releasing energetic imbalances at a core level, naturally bringing the body into a balanced state.  A balanced energy system activates the body's instinctive ability to heal itself, making optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health possible. Each participant will leave feeling relaxed, nurtured and deeply restored. Any insights that come through will be freely shared to the group.
